In honor of the reBranding of the previous Issues of the VS Project, we have a NEW Project that we are Calling ALL artist to be a part of.

We are ready to announce the newest issue of the VS project is upon us, issue No.13.

#13 – reDesign your Local TAKE OUT MENU.
Now it’s that time to take that menu you have lying in your draw or on your table and thought This Doesn’t look right! I could do better! I wish this was NOT designed in Microsoft WORD!!! and make it BETTER.

Take that Local menu be it from your Chinese spot on the corner, Pizzeria in town, Tex-Mex Taqueria or your favorite Deli, or Fill in the Blank.

Can you make it more legible? better organized? Appetizing?

Show off you design chops and make this menu look and feel more modern and look like the type of food it serves without making it obvious – Not that simple, huh!
Design Specs:
1. The reDesigned Menu MUST have All of the Info usually of the from of a take out menu (ie. Name, Address, Phone #, Special, Type of food…)
2. The New Menu can be any size you like. It does not have to be the same as the Original, but it could be.
3. The form of the menu can change, but it need to be a functional menu.
Size- 12″x12″  w. 1/4″ bleed
(size of final compose image of both menus)
DPI – 200dpi
Color Format – RBG

Due Date:
OCTOBER 19th, 2009

FINAL output – a split image showing the OLD & NEW menu (size 12″x12″)
Also must include..
A High quality digital file with the new menu Art work.
A High Quality photograph of the Original Menu & New reDesigned Menu (front, back, side, angles.. image must be the same style for both menus.)
